What’s the difference between PRO and Expert plan?
Both plans have exactly the same amazing features! The diference resides in the support offered.
The PRO Plan offers full support via our ticket system.
The Expert Plan is indicated for those users who know exactly what they are purchasing and will not require any assistance or support from the SVI team.
Can I use my licence in a development environment?
Yes. Most development environments will not count towards your site limit.
Does it work with page builders?
Builders completely take over the design and hooks of the pages running them, so if a builder is applied to a product page SVI may not be accessible. If it happens get in touch, I can probably figure something out!
Will it work with my theme?
As long as your theme is well coded and WooCommerce compatible, it will work. If there are any issues, I’m more than happy to try and fix them; just get in touch.
Does it work on Multisite??
SVI is a single site license so if you are running a multi-site network, each site in the network requires a license.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you do decide to cancel it, your licence will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time according to the conditions of the chosen plan (Expert or Pro).
Where does SVI work?
SVI is made to work exclusively on the Product Single Page. Expect for certain options like Showcase Variations & Quick View append.
WPML compatible?
Yes. You just have to translate the slugs if needed using the WooCommerce Multilingual from WPML.
Does it have auto-update functionality?
Yes, you never need to manually upload the latest updates. All updates are handled in the same manner as other plugins updates, within Dashboard > Updates of your WordPress Admin.
Refunds?
SVI has a strict no refund policy (as explained during the purchase). If you are not certain that this product is a match for you tryout the free version available here before purchase. The free version provides all the basic options for testing and compatibility.

Quick + Easy-to-manage plugin
The plugin itself is quick and easy to manage. Tech support is also quick. So far, I’ve received the author’s reply within 24 hours. The documentation is still limited for the time being, and some of the settings’ short explanation is not yet intuitive. I would have give 5 stars if it’s not because of this. 🙂
