What’s the difference between PRO and Expert plan?
Both plans have exactly the same amazing features! The diference resides in the support offered.
The PRO Plan offers full support via our ticket system.
The Expert Plan is indicated for those users who know exactly what they are purchasing and will not require any assistance or support from the SVI team.
Can I use my licence in a development environment?
Yes. Most development environments will not count towards your site limit.
Does it work with page builders?
Builders completely take over the design and hooks of the pages running them, so if a builder is applied to a product page SVI may not be accessible. If it happens get in touch, I can probably figure something out!
Will it work with my theme?
As long as your theme is well coded and WooCommerce compatible, it will work. If there are any issues, I’m more than happy to try and fix them; just get in touch.
Does it work on Multisite??
SVI is a single site license so if you are running a multi-site network, each site in the network requires a license.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you do decide to cancel it, your licence will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time according to the conditions of the chosen plan (Expert or Pro).
Where does SVI work?
SVI is made to work exclusively on the Product Single Page. Expect for certain options like Showcase Variations & Quick View append.
WPML compatible?
Yes. You just have to translate the slugs if needed using the WooCommerce Multilingual from WPML.
Does it have auto-update functionality?
Yes, you never need to manually upload the latest updates. All updates are handled in the same manner as other plugins updates, within Dashboard > Updates of your WordPress Admin.
Refunds?
SVI has a strict no refund policy (as explained during the purchase). If you are not certain that this product is a match for you tryout the free version available here before purchase. The free version provides all the basic options for testing and compatibility.

Exactly What I was After with Amazing Support!
I searched high and low for a variation gallery that took a normal Woocommerce Gallery and made it unique.
I bought so many plugins to get a specific look and functionality I was after with no luck. They would do one thing, but not offer the other.
In certain cases there were code conflicts with my theme. I needed a complete solution that did not destroy my theme in the process.
I eventually stumbled upon the Smart Variations Plugin. Not only did it suite my needs it works brilliantly.
I am not amazing with code and understand enough to get around. A hack here and there to edit a theme’s css to suite my needs.
I asked for support a few times. I needed to adapt my theme css to make the gallery functionality even better to display a gallery look I was after. Then I needed a little php hack to call up variation names. At one stage I needed assistance on a setting I missed. This was no problem for the support team, I got the help and assistance efficiently.
Through this whole process from pre-purchase questions, to the purchase and support. I was never made to feel like a noob or inferior for not knowing. The support was patient, quick and super helpful.

Great plugin, Excellent Support
This is a must-have plugin when you work a lot with variable products.
v4 is way better than v3, with options to change the order of the images.
Also the interface is much cleaner to work with right now.
David is quick in responses to questions. Buying this plugin is a no-brainer!
Powerful, flexible, 5 Stars Support
Kudos to the plugin’s editor. Great Plugin, very well packaged, fast and powerful, yet very flexible to suit any needs. I have been looking for along time for a solution in getting around the issue of the Attribute selection and the Thumbnail/Image Gallery issue (ie. selecting a color attribute with the image swap always works ok, however selecting the Image for the color and have the Attribute dropdown updated was always a nightmare, this plugin fixes this :), the Pro version is a must to be able to use the full extend of this solution) I would also add an extra star for the support, David is super available and always helpful. A serious plugin, thank you
Awesome "same day" support
Downloaded the pro version of the SVI product and had some initial problems setting up and getting it working how we wanted. Contacted support and got, pretty much, an immediate response and we had the plugin working by the end of the day. Still testing it all out and looks to be just the job. Thanks David

Great Plugin - Excellent Support
We are using Smart Variation Images Pro since 2017 and it has been absolutely reliable and a perfect match for our shop. I asked for a custom function for SVI version 4 last week, got a reply same day. That is absolutely outstanding support.
Works extremely well, and worth the pro options and support
I’ve been using this for months now and upgraded to Pro to get access to the support and features. The support is great and helpful and the extra pro features are worth the money. I will tell you if you are running any optimization plugins for page speed that combines code just be cautious you may have to exclude some of the plugins files from those. it has nothing to do with the quality of the plugin but before you think it’s not working just check those things.
Brilliant Plugin & Amazing Support!
The plugin works great and provides a great solution to variable product galleries. If you’re selling products of varying colour/size/etc. then this is the plugin for you. Support is also great, found a small bug on IE11 which was promptly fixed and released, what more can you ask for from a plugin developer?
If you’re looking for a variation gallery plugin for WooCommerce then this is the one you want.

Amazing product and support
I have purchased this SVI plugin and it was right decision and I will explain why. Normally when you purchase something, you do expect not only working stuff but support as well. There are many companies selling stuff and once sold, their customer service is “sell and forget” I have to say that SVI plugin is doing great job for me, everything as expected and what I really appreciate is amazing support from David. Really friendly and acting very quickly!, typical waiting time for reply is 10 minutes during a day (except when he’s sleeping, haha). Fixing problems “while you wait”, collecting information and really listening to the customer, then applying requested changes as individual fix and common patch to the next release. Very helpfully, also communication is on the top level! I’m fully confident to this plugin and programming team, definitely highly recommended to everyone, worth every penny spent!

Simply Wonderful Plugin
This is one of the better plugins we tried for wordpress. It’s very professional, operate extremely fast and offer a variety of customization options. The support is great as well and the creator helped us solve some specific issues we had with other plugins. I wish all wordpress plugins would be like that.
Great Plugin w/ Excellent Support
The look and feel of the plugin on the website is great and it is straight forward and easy to use. I had an installation problem that was being caused by my theme and the creator of the plugin helped me very quickly and fixed the issue – even creating a post to help future people with the same problem.
