Migration can be done in 3 ways:

1. Manually by using this tool. Download Tool
2. VIA ADMIN: Automatically by editing a product *
3. FRONT END: Automatically by visiting a product *

* v4 must be installed, transition is done fluently with no need for the tool.

Note:

The tool choose be used if you recently updated from v3 to v4 in a staging environment and:

1. Did not run/or don’t know if you went threw all products via method 2 or 3
2. Is planing to migrate the products from stage to production  using the WooCommerce Export/import tool

The tool choose be used if you want to check if all product have been migrated via method 2 or 3 and if not migrate them manually.

IMPORTANT: Before using the tool you should backup your database, just in case something doesn’t goes as expected.
